Facilities

Avondale Gymnastics Club has a purpose built gym with full Men's and Women's equipment.

We are constantly reviewing our equipment to cater for the increasing demands of our gymnastics at all levels.

Within the last few years our new pieces of equipment include:

Asymmetric bars.
High bars.
Parallel bars.
Sprung Floor.
Rings.
Relined foam filled safety landing pit.

Vault

In addition the club has:

- a school trampoline
- a mirrored dance/choreography area
- a lounge/canteen including kitchen
- a viewing gallery

Coaches

We are very proud to have amongst our qualified coaches, two high performance coaches in both Men's and Women's Artistic Gymnastics.

Our Women's coach is also a highly qualified choreographer producing professionally presented floor and beam routines.

Our Men's coach is a Master of Sport USSR and was a member of the National Youth Team USSR obtaining Champion status in 1989/90.

Supporting these coaches, the Club has additional qualified Women's Artistic, Recreational and Pre-school coaches.
